Faulty, Incorrectly Supplied and Damaged Items:

If an item has been incorrectly supplied, received damaged or is faulty please reach out to us. We will then arrange collection of the item(s) free of charge, and, if you have not opted for a refund, we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you.
Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the full value of the goods and any carriage costs within 30 days.
We will make every effort to ensure accurate understanding of measurements, however if incorrect measurements are supplied for Stove / Oven covers, refunds are not accepted. But please reach out if you have any problems.
